The high-position wet mixing granulator is one of the commonly used process equipments in the production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry. It has multiple functions such as mixing and granulating, and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical engineering. Materials are added to the granulating pot through a vacuum feeder or lifting feeder. Under the centrifugal force of the stirring paddle, the binder is injected through a spray gun by the pressure liquid supply system. At the same time, the cutting knife rotates at high speed. The materials condense into hollow granules in the pot. After granulation, the materials are discharged to the next process (whole granulation or drying).
