Description:
This set of production line is a soap forming production line with soap noodles as raw materials and an output of 100-200 kg / h. After raw material mixing, grinding, vacuum striping and electronic roll printing, medium and high-grade soap with fatty acid content of 40-65% can be produced. The production line adopts double-layer vacuum stripper, which can make the soap structure compact and not easy to dry.

Process:

Configuration:

MIXER	All kinds of raw materials for producing soap and transparent soapare mixed evenly and evenly, so that granulation is refined, and allkinds of auxiliary materials, additives and flavors are completely mixed into granulation to meet the requirement of formulation.

VACUUM PLODDER	The soap duplex vacuum strip machine is one of the indispensable equipment in the soap forming line. It refines, exhausts, and squeezes the ground soap flakes, and changes the order of the molecules in the soap material under vacuum to make the The bar of soap is more delicate and transparent.
CUTTER	Soap rolling cutting machine is used to cut soaps into cakes and stamp patterns on the soap. It runs by the moving of soap bar from vacuum plodder. The front two mould wheels are used to stamp patterns on the soap, and the rear wheel is used to cut soap. The machine is easy to operate and repair.
